    (I.e learning to set practical goals that are attainable, learning to tackle small goals in order achieve the bigger goals, forming new habits, etc.)

    (I.e. exploring your hobbies, becoming aware of the things that you are good at, intuitive guidance on how to flow into your unique purpose, etc.)

Booking instructions:

Step 1:

Book your in-person or virtual session via Calendly by choosing a date and time that works for you.

Step 2:

Await your confirmation email disclosing the Zoom info you’ll need to virtually show up for the session as well as preparatory resources on how to prepare for your session.


Please Note: If your session is in person, you will receive a confirmation email providing you with a meet-up address. Please keep in mind that you must be located or willingly to travel to Orlando, Florida for in-person sessions

Step 3:

Show up for your session on the scheduled date. You have a 10 minute grace period for both virtual and in-person sessions. If you are unable to attend, please let me know 24 hours in advance via email. If you fail to do so, you will forfeit your session and all monies paid.

Disclaimer:

Although I will guide you to the threshold of your healing, ultimately, it is your choice to be receptive, commit and continue taking the necessary steps towards maintaining the momentum of your own healing journey. Things will come up after the session and I encourage you to be present with those things; be it memories, feelings and/or thoughts. You may feel compelled to start journaling, adjusting your diet or even integrating various low impact activities into your day-to-day life. These things will help you to integrate the changes that your mind and body experienced. Do not be alarmed if this experience serves as a catalyst to usher in opportunities for you to become more aware of  yourself and heal on an even deeper level. If you aren’t already aware, you may start to notice that your interactions with others will provide you with the codes necessary to shift you  into the next phase of your life.
